MARG Ltd. (Formerly MARG Constructions Ltd) was incorporated on December 14, 1994 and commenced business on December 28, 1994. MARG is a listed public limited company at Bombay Stock Exchange, Madras Stock Exchange & Luxemburg Stock Exchanges (FCCB). MARG over the past ten years has visioneered and reengineered the Chennai IT Corridor realty and infrastructure trend. One of the fast and young movers in the industry, MARG has initiated Special Economic Zone (SEZ), Wind farm, Power, IT parks, Residential, Commercial Malls and Port projects.

MARG is currently establishing Karaikal Port under BOT (Build Operate Transfer) Model in terms of concession agreement entered with Government of Puducherry. As the finest port on the east coast of India, it will unleash the economic potential of central Tamilnadu and Puducherry.
