To promote, establish, monitor, collaborate, provide consultancy, construct, either through public and / or private participation, and to act as a special purpose vehicle (SPV) for entering into understanding and joint ventures with various Central and State Governments, their corporations, technology and domain experts, in and outside India, for infrastructural development, such as , creation, expansion and modernization of housing, commercial, social and urban development facilities of what so ever nature(for all categories) and by what ever name called, including, but not limited to health, education, urban services such as medical services, education institutions, transportation, power, dam, cannel, underground work, integrated township development, telecommunication, development of roads, airports, ports, railway systems and ways, sanitation, water , waste treatment, water ways, sewerage disposal, industrial wastage, IT parks, bridges, flyovers and to develop tourism and entertainment infrastructure projects or any other facility of similar nature, in and outside India.
