	MARG Ltd. (Formerly MARG Constructions Ltd) was incorporated on December 14, 1994 and commenced business on December 28, 1994. MARG is a listed public limited company at Bombay Stock Exchange, Madras Stock Exchange & Luxemburg Stock Exchanges (FCCB). MARG over the past ten years has visioneered and reengineered the Chennai IT Corridor realty and infrastructure trend. 	Housing and Urban Development Corporation Ltd. (HUDCO) was established in 25th April, 1970, as a public sector enterprise fully owned by the Government of India. The principle mandate of HUDCO was to ameliorate the housing conditions of all groups with a thrust to the needs of the Low Income Group (LlG) and Economically Weaker Sections (EWS).
